See, now THIS is the MCR I know and love. Not the bullshit they are now. Selling out may not be the right word for them, but it’s the first that comes to mind.

No, I think they really did. All of the songs on this album sound really raw and creative. Not like everything you’d hear on the radio, but now they just sound like watered down mediocre pop punk.

Frank, Gerard & Ray didn’t change much, but Mikey had horrible hair xD Matt Pellisier was good, but I think Bob Byar is better.
Gerard wrote this song about Mikey’s Ex girlfriend who was on drugs. I love this song!

i dont really know what qualifies as “emo” but im having a hard time discerning the difference between IBYMB and anything else they’ve put out. so this is supposed to be punk? sounds like everything ive ever heard anyone classify as “emo”.
is that what punk is nowadays? damn, the world has changed since i was a kid…
anyway, as someone else mentioned this film is a blatant, scene for scene rip of Takashi Miike’s Audition, which is probably one of the best horror/suspense movies ever made
