Pride and Prejudice.
I hate cheesy movies. BUT, my wife loved PS I love You. It kind of made me cry too.
The Notebook
The Notebook does it for me, with The Little mermaid a close second

Love Story (70’s) or Tristan Isolde. I have several guy friends who related to the guys in some sort and actually felt depressed after crying. Its focus is on the guy’s problems, not the girls necessarily. It really all depends on your past and what affects you. Watch both. I promise one will make you at least tear up.
