I don’t know if this’ll count since it’s Shakespeare and well, obviously not a movie at first, but I’ve always loved the line, “O, then, dear saint, let lips do what hands do” from Romeo and Juliet (Zefferili’s).
love is like swallowing hot chocolate before it has cooled off. it takes you by surprise at first, but it keeps you warm for a very long time. i can’t remember if it is even from a movie but it is my favorite quote.

Say Anything and Jerry Maguire were both written by Cameron Crowe. And the dialogs are quotable, original and endearing.
Eternal Sunshine is just amazing, the special effects and the acting is simply wonderful. I love the way they played out the weird in this film with the conversations they have about knowing/forgetting/not knowing each other and about making the situations different.
Juno is past-paced and cute, the exchange between the characters are just too cute and eccentric.
When Harry Met Sally has the best love speech ever. When he tells her the reasons why he loves her makes my heart melt.
Also, Pride & Prejudice, the book is just wonderful
