What is the best way to start dating again?

I am a single mom who is ready to start dating again. I live in a rural area in a small town so I'm not there many perspectives in this field. Help, what is the best way to find someone?

   There are a few ways to start dating.

   One is post an ad on craigslist in your local area. Post that your looking for something slow and exchange email addresses.

   Another is chat on yahoo messenger or in a myspace chat room in your local area.

   Get to know people and get comfortable and that should make it easier to date.
