Okay here is what I think.
To start with take a good long look in the mirror, decide where you rate on attractiveness. If People’s Sexiest Man Alive are 10’s, and a 1 is the Elephant man with 5 just being average where would you rate? This is your leauge. This is the same level you should be looking for in a date. Don’t shoot too high or too low. Most men have a hard time understanding their leauge and shoot too high.
Next ask yourself honestly is there any small changes I could make that would make a woman more interested? Maybe your hair looks oily, or you need to brush your teeth after meals. I don’t know, this is a personal search and everyone has something they could improve on (or many things in my case) that would make things easier.
Now you are ready to start dating, first of all make friends, make friends make friends! Girl friends and guy friends are useful because men can introduce you to ladies you have never met before. To date older woman make older friends.
Join a club or sport to mix and meet people, maybe do something outside of your school. Fencing, dragon boat racing, a running club, cycling, painting, drama, role playing…whatever you are into. This ensures that you meet someone who shares at least one of your interests.
Now you are set to start mixing it up and meeting some new people. Maybe also post a personal ad and see if you get any bites. Keep in mind ladies for the most part are still traditional and like to have the man make the first move, so leave them comments. The more comments you leave, the more chances you have to make new contacts, and remember again keep it in your leauge.
If none of this works go to school to become a plastic surgon, make lots of money and meet beautiful older woman who are looking to botox away those fine lines and wrinkles.

Wow your kind of like my friend, I always tell him that he just needs to be more up front. Also try to sort himself out because there is obviously things about him that aren’t attractive to the opposite sex and things he should do, like changing his style and looks and trying to get more “fit”.
So maybe you just need to start there and then more girls will pay attention to you, but you only get out what you put in. And older women like a guy that is decent and treats them like a younger girl…
I recommend dating women your own age. You will have more in common and be at the same level. Older women will tend to act like your mother. Do you want that?
