Yes there are, most notably the story it was most likely plagiarized from, either Gilgamesh or a similar story from Sumeria I think. There are many flood stories from 1000 to 3000 BC, and there is evidence of SOME kinds of floods, but nothing to cover the whole planet as described in the Bible.

The maker of the video does not contradict himself, because he is saying that carbon dating only works under specific circumstances. There is a requirement or carbon to exist in the sample, the sample must not be contaminated and the carbon must have an atmospheric source. Marine carbon is recycled through the marine food chain. Carbon dating works well on trees and pants because their carbon is obtained directly from the atmosphere. Carbon dating is slightly less accurate on what eats them.
You cannot date marine organisms because the carbon does not have an atmospheric origin. You clearly do not know about the reservoir effect. The carbon it marine organisms has been recycled many times though the oceanic upwelling of nutrients.

Fingerprinting doesnt work if fingerprints are smudged, or left on absorbant material. DNA matching doesnt work in the case of identical twins. Potassium-argon dating doesnt work on fresh lava. Does that mean these tests dont work? No, it means they dont work under certain conditions, just as I explained that carbon dating doesn’t work under certain conditions.
